Cast Station Addendum

Cast lets you operate a branded internet "radio station" on the Service — a public page with lineup/schedule, an external audio stream URL you provide, donation flow, and optional donation-tier rewards. TrueFans CONNECT™ is the technology platform; we are not a broadcaster, common carrier, royalty agent, content provider, or rights clearance service.

You are solely responsible for everything you broadcast through your Cast station, including content selection, programming, advertising, contests/sweepstakes, public statements, and any claims of affiliation. You will comply with applicable broadcasting, telecommunications, decency, advertising, and consumer-protection laws in every jurisdiction you reach.

• Choose station names and call signs you have the right to use; do not adopt names or call signs that infringe a third party's trademark or impersonate a licensed broadcaster.
• Do not represent your station as a U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC)-licensed station unless you actually hold such a license.
• You authorize us to display your station identity, logo, and lineup on the public station page.

• Audio streams are hosted by you or your third-party stream provider; we do not host or guarantee streams.
• You will use stream URLs that you have the right to publish and that comply with applicable licensing.
• We are not responsible for stream availability, latency, codec compatibility, or buffering.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and paying all music performance, mechanical, digital-streaming, and master-recording licenses required by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR, the MLC, SoundExchange, RIAA-affiliated licensors, and equivalent rights bodies and providers in every relevant jurisdiction. You will keep records sufficient to demonstrate compliance and will provide them to us promptly on reasonable request. TrueFans CONNECT™ does not collect, remit, or report royalties on your behalf.

• Fan donations through a Cast station are treated as donations under the Master Terms and Creator Agreement.
• If you offer donation-tier rewards (shoutouts, merchandise, tickets, perks), you are responsible for fulfilling them as represented and within a reasonable timeframe.
• We may refund Fans whose rewards are not fulfilled and Clawback the amount from your Balance under the Creator Agreement.

• You may embed the official Cast station widget on websites you own or operate.
• Do not embed the widget on third-party sites without permission or on sites whose content violates the AUP.
• Do not modify the widget code in ways that misrepresent TrueFans CONNECT™ or break donation flows.

Station pages, chat overlays, and accompanying communities are subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. You will moderate listener and member behavior consistent with the AUP and applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove a Cast station at any time, with or without notice, for suspected violation of these Terms, music-licensing concerns, IP claims, broadcast law issues, impersonation, abuse reports, or risk to listeners or third parties.
