TrueFans CONNECT™ (operated by Lightwork Digital on behalf of New Music Lives) respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. Use the report form above to submit a takedown notice, or send the required information to our designated agent by email.
1.Overview
Users may upload or link to content such as images, audio, video, text, and profile materials. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. We will review complete notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material. Our target is to act on complete, valid notices within 48 hours of receipt, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(1)(C).
Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please ensure your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3.Takedown Notice Requirements
To be effective, your written notice (whether submitted online or by email) must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full legal name on the online form is acceptable).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, full URLs on truefansconnect.com).
- Your contact information, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
4.Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

5.Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
6.Misrepresentations
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
